LEDBURY made it six wins from six games as they ran riot taking a 76-12 victory over Alcester in the Counties 1 Midlands West (South).
The hosts made the perfect start when after a scrum penalty Jamie Rayfield chipped ahead for George Wallin who gathered on the halfway line to run in the corner (5-0).
Alcester were resolute in attack and responded as Jamie Clarke barged his way over for to even matters (5-5).
Ledbury responded immediately, when ruck ball from a lineout saw a missed pass to Wallin who in turn flung out a long pass to Josh Bishop who dived over in the corner to score (10-5).
Ledbury were smelling blood and were becoming a handful in attack for the visitors Cody Richardson-Wall danced his way over for a try converted by Rayfield (17-5).
The home side continued to crank up the dial and finding space allowing Arron Almond crashed through to make it 24-5.
Alcester refused to lie down and were able to build a great attack that saw fly half Ed Gough slide through the Ledbury defence to score.
However, Ledbury signed off the first half with another powerful attack that saw Ed Bennion touching down with consummate ease to make it 31-12.
With the benefit of the slope in the second half Ledbury began well and a five-metre resulted in the referee awarding a penalty try.
The Alcester defence was unravelling and Rayfield darted over for a converted try quickly followed by a further close range try and then Ben Mason intercepted a loose pass and ran 70 metres to make it 59-12.
Ledbury were dominating, but when a certain try scoring pass was slapped down by Alcester skipper Harry Harris he was able to score from the resulting tap penalty (66-12).
Super sub Jonny Whitting then added to the Alcester misery running in a try from 50 metres pursued by several potential tacklers. Jock Welch completed the rout with a typical short range try, burrowing his way over to make it 76-12.
