HUMAN poo has been found near a Herefordshire village pavilion, while dog poo problems are also rumbling on.
The disgusting find was made near the pavilion at Holme Lacy playing field, according to recently published draft minutes from Holme Lacy Parish Council.
The mess was dealt with by the lengthsman, councillors were told.

But it is not just human faeces that are causing a problem in the village, councillors were told, with dog mess problems in the play area also reported.
It was resolved at the October parish council meeting that Councillor Stephen Farr would purchase appropriate dog signs for the play area.

What is the law on dog poo?
Dog poo is a health hazard, and all dog owners have a legal duty to clean up after their dog.
Failure to do so could result in a dog control order with an £80 fixed penalty notice, or a maximum fine of £1,000.
If you spot dog poo being left on streets or public areas, you can report it to Herefordshire Council by visiting www.herefordshire.gov.uk/report-problem/dogs
