Worcestershire looked almost like a winter wonderland as residents woke up to their streets covered in a thin layer of snow and frost.
The Met Office issued a frost warning this morning (Wednesday) after yesterday's snow became solid due to the night's plummeting temperatures.
Some schools in the county had to close due to 'severe weather' while others, like Chawson Community First School in Droitwich, opened slightly later to allow the grounds to thaw.
Unfortunately for some, the snow has begun to melt across the county but there maybe chances of snow later into this week.
The Weather Outlook has predicted that frost is almost certain to hit Worcestershire over the next few days, with a 45 per cent chance of snow on Thursday (November 21) and 85 per cent chance on Friday (November 22).
