LADS presents a comedy in thick fog called Neville's Island.
The show has been nominated for an Olivier Award for Best Comedy and promises some spectacular sets from the Ledbury Amateur Dramatics Society.
The play takes place from Thursday - Saturday, October 17-19 at 7:30pm
Four out-of-condition, middle-aged businessmen are sent off on a team-building exercise in the Lake District and succeed in becoming the first people ever to get shipwrecked on an island on Derwentwater.
Cut off from the world by fog and menaced by wildlife, this middle-management exercise turns into a carnival of recrimination, French cricket and sausages.
What should have been a constructive bonding process for Gordon, Angus, Roy and Neville, turns into a muddy, bloody fight for survival.
Because when night sets in, strange things happen out in the wilds, and none of this particular middle-management team will ever forget what takes place on Neville’s Island that foggy November weekend.
