A HEREFORD book shop will be welcoming a renowned British chef to celebrate the launch of his new cookery book.
The popular cookbook author Rick Stein, who has appeared on our screens countless times over the years, will be visiting the quaint Rossiter bookshop in Church Street in Hereford on September 26 at 12.30pm.
Mr Stein will be appearing for a signing of his recently published book, Food Stories, which promises to be a celebration of British cuisine, with over 100 recipes from "around the British Isles".

Not only will Food Stories be available in print, but Mr Stein will also be taking it to our screens, launching a new TV series in partnership with BBC Two. This latest venture joins Mr Stein's long-standing commitment to TV, having made over 30 programmes including 12 cookery series.
In 2018, Mr Stein was awarded a CBE for services to the economy. This is just one of many impressive achievements that he boasts, having previously cooked for the Queen and Prince Philip, Tony Blair, Margaret Thatcher, French President, Jacques Chirac and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Most renowned for his passion and knowledge of seafood, he opened up his first restaurant in 1975, with the seafood restaurant in Padstow, Cornwall becoming the centre of some of his earliest books and TV appearances.
