A HEREFORDSHIRE pub has been forced to cancel an event today as bad weather continues in the county.
In an announcement today, a spokesperson for the Talbot Hotel in Ledbury said that their planned live music this afternoon (September 22) has had to be cancelled after water made its way into the bar.

"The rain, albeit not exceptionally heavy at the moment is still causing us some grief! We have water coming into the bar," the statement published on the New Street pub's social media channels said.
"We will endeavour to carry on till after lunch today and then reassess the situation. Apologies in advance if you do visit tonight and find we are closed. My duty of care to you and my staff is of utmost importance."
The pub had been planning to host Ian from the Shy Teds inside the pub after a planned performance from the full band was cancelled due to the "very heavy rain forecast".
