The established village pub boasts a wealth of character features including fireplaces and plenty of exposed beams, and offers a characterful two-section lounge and restaurant with a private dining room inside.
Outside, the agents said, the pub benefits from large grounds and parking, with "outstanding" cottage-style gardens.
Sidney Phillips said the pub comes complete with three-bedroom owners' accommodation.
The pub was also granted permission for an extension to form letting bedrooms by Herefordshire Council last year.
A design and access statement accompanying the application said the pub is "very popular, which goes against the national trend" and that it needed more space to accommodate members of the public and as it had received requests for overnight accommodation from tourists visiting the area.
The Butchers Arms currently has a 4.5 star rating on reviews website Tripadvisor, with 19 of its 21 reviewers rating it excellent or very good.
