A CAR in Ledbury has crashed into the front of a Methodist church.
The car crash, which happened around 6.37pm on Wednesday (August 28), involved two cars with a Volkswagen Polo crashing into the door of the church.
Police and the fire service closed the road between the fire station and the clock tower.
A spokesperson for Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue service said: "Two crews from Ledbury and Hereford were called out to a collision in Bye Street.
"Fire service personnel made the vehicles safe and closed the road.
"Two people were advised to attend hospital."
Despite being initially called out to the incident, West Midlands Ambulance Service were stood down as they were not needed.
Part of the church's brickwork was damaged after the car crashed into the building, while the door was severely damaged.
