Tennis is great fun to play all year round, but it’s especially popular in summer following the world-famous Wimbledon Championships and right now during the Paris Olympics.

Every budding Emma Raducanu or Carlos Alcaraz has to start somewhere.

What these young professionals have in common, is that they all started playing tennis on local courts near whey they live, at a young age.

Ledbury Tennis Club in association with Malvern Tennis Academy, is delighted to offer local youngsters a similar start this August, with a choice of two four-day Junior Summer Camps running from Monday 5 to Thursday 8 August and Monday 19 to Thursday 22 August.

Mini players aged 4 to 8 will enjoy one hour sessions from 9.30 to 10.30 a.m.

Those aged from 9 to 14 get two hour sessions from 10.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.

These training camps are designed to help young players improve their tennis in an enjoyable environment, whatever their age or experience.

Full week attendance is recommended although if this is impossible, applications will be accepted for a shorter number of sessions.

All sessions will take place outdoors with enthusiastic and fully qualified LTA accredited coaches, who all hold a current DBS Enhanced Disclosure Certificate.

Places are limited, so for further information please look online at clubspark.lta.org.uk/ledburytennisclub/Coaching or telephone 01684 574435
