This year, dance company 2FacedDance will be taking inspiration from our rivers in its performances, there will be puppetry with Sea Legs, while Nicola Davies will bring children closer to the wild seas.
Alex Wharton, the children's laureate in Wales, will also be hosting storytelling sessions, while Catharine Barr will be educating attendees on the importance of our rivers.
The festival, held in partnership with Herefordshire Libraries, and sponsored by Herefordshire Council, will be at Ledbury Library in the Master's House.
The full details of the programme can be found on the festival's official website (https://ledburypoetry.org.uk/home/whats-on/).
Now in its 28th year, the festival is considered the largest and most international celebration of poetry and the spoken word in the UK.
