Ledbury Rugby Football Club has agreed to host the group.
The group aims to create a safe, approachable meeting place for te community.
A volunteer for the group said: "We are wanting to create a relaxed, informal, non-judgemental environment, bringing people together over a cuppa for two hours, once a month.
"Eventually, there will be an opportunity for the group to organise activity days and places to visit, to combat loneliness and create new social opportunities."
The initiative aims to be a cornerstone for the LGBTQIA+ community, and while the group will meet monthly, it aspires to provide a regular space for members to share experiences and create memories.
The social gatherings will be on the first Wednesday of each month between 12pm and 2pm.
Refreshments will be available for a £1 donation towards the rugby club.
