The Arches at Ledbury in Bloor Homes now boasts three showhome gardens designed by a multi award-winning garden and landscape designer.
Paul Hervey-Brookes, who is also a writer and speaker, has created gardens for prestigious shows including RHS Chelsea Flower Show and Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival.
He is also internationally recognised for his knowledge of plants and plant habitats.
The showhome gardens he created for Bloor Homes at The Arches, Ledbury, were a result of his interest in gardens for newly built homes.
He said: "This was such a unique and great opportunity to work with a company that is as passionate about gardens as it is about building the best homes.
"It’s my hope that owners of brand-new homes and gardens, as well as those with existing gardens, can take away ideas and planting combinations which really work."
Each garden carries a different theme.
The Verwood showhome’s garden is minimalist and low maintenance.
The Dalgety showhome garden is for those interested in a social space to entertain family and friends.
The third garden, The Whalton showhome’s eco garden, offers tranquillity with a back-to-nature theme, featuring planters and bird boxes.
Steve Roberts, managing director for Bloor Homes’ Western region, said: "These are the first showhome gardens Bloor Homes has had created with a renowned garden designer, and it has been an exciting time for us.
"Paul has designed three spaces to meet different briefs and created gardens that showcase the fundamentals of great garden design.
"Add Paul’s knowledge of which planting schemes work for each of the gardens and our new residents have all the inspiration they need to create their own perfect garden when they move to a new home with us."
Besides the Ledbury gardens, Mr Hervey-Brookes has also started a new 'Brew Breaks' gardening series via Bloor Homes’ social channels.
It shows people how they can get the best from their garden and the things they should consider.
The showhome gardens are now open.
Bloor Homes also launched an advice-packed gardening series on their social channels where people can submit their questions for Mr Hervey-Brookes and enter a gardening competition.
