A "RARE opportunity" development site is up for sale in a Herefordshire village.
The site is on the market with agents Bruton Knowles for an undisclosed price which the agents said would be revealed on application, with unconditional offers invited.
The agents said the sale offers a "rare opportunity in a rural Herefordshire village location", with the site at The Crossways, Peterchurch, coming complete with full planning permission for five homes.
The proposed scheme, for which permission was granted in November last year, would see all five houses accessed from a single shared driveway with gardens backing on to the B4348.

The scheme would offer two three-bed semi-detached homes and three four-bed detached homes of stone and red brick construction.
Each home would have allocated off-street parking, while two communal visitor spaces would also be provided.
A design and access statement submitted with the planning application to Herefordshire Council said that the 'vacant, overgrown, and unkempt' site is within nearby amenities include a village hall, school, pubs, and a range of other local enterprises.
A further development of 10 homes has been approved on a neighbouring piece of land, the statement said.
Bids should be received prior to noon on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
