A Dymock man has been ordered to pay £1,014 in fines, costs and surcharges and has also had six penalty points endorsed on his licence for driving without insurance.
Alvin Allsopp of Bayfield Gardens, Dymock, drove a VW Golf on Secunda Way, Gloucester, on 8th June last year without third party insurance of a valid licence.
Both charges were found proved under the Single Justice Procedure by Cheltenham Magistrates.
The 37-year-old was fined £660 plus £90 costs and a £264 victim services surcharge.
