THERE will be an awareness session for potential on-call firefighter recruits next week.
Ledbury Fire Station is hosting the chance for people to explore the role and get hands-on experience.
It will be at the Bye Street station on Monday, January 8 at 6pm and will also cater for anyone covering the Bromyard area.
Ledbury serves a population of nearly 10,000 people and is staffed solely by on-call firefighters who respond to emergency calls whenever they are needed.
Drill nights are held at the station every Monday starting at 7pm.
