The Market House is an iconic feature in Ledbury and as our photographs show it has been a feature in the town for many many years.
A picture of army recruitment in 1916 reveals lots of locals queuing to take part in World War I unaware of the fate which will become them.
We also have photos from the turn of the century showing the Market House as a key part of people's lives back in the day.
All of these photographs are taken from the Facebook group Hereford and Herefordshire Remembered.
