Dark Remembered Days
On Saturday (November 4) is a gripping revue, "Dark Remembered Days", at The Market Theatre in Ledbury.
Directed by Elizabeth Mullenger with music from Carl Attwood and Bridget Snasdel, the cabaret-style production explores the experiences of the 1939-45 war years, with proceeds aiding Ukraine conflict charities.
A standard ticket is priced at £12, while students can get in for a discounted £9.
Starting time is 7:30pm.
Pellow Talk - The Lost Chapter
Marti Pellow, formerly lead singer of Wet Wet Wet, presents "Pellow Talk – The Lost Chapter", a deeper exploration of the songwriter and his music.
This intimate show at the Courtyard on Edgar Street in Hereford continues to offer a unique connection between Pellow and his audience.
It begins at 7.30pm with a 9.30pm finish.
Foraging Courses at Eastnor Castle
Lastly, autumn offers Foraging Courses at Eastnor Castle Deer Park on Sunday (November 5).
The 300-acre parkland is the perfect place for enthusiasts to forage with a trove of wild flora and fungi to be discovered.
Courses begin with a brief introduction before a two-and-a-half-hour walk around the deer park and the castle grounds, where partakers will learn how to identify different plants, flowers, fruits and mushrooms to be found.
The day will end with a wild food lunch based on what participants have found, before leaving with a list of everything discussed to help the new foragers remember it all.
The foraging will begin at 11am, before concluding at 2:30pm.
