A Ledbury artist has created a series of murals at a town pub.
Tom Phillips has brightened up the beer garden at the Brewery Inn in Bye Street.
He has created murals that celebrate music through the ages, with artists from different decades and genres depicted.
Tom was commissioned by the pub’s new landlords Steve and Tracey Powell, who have been putting their own stamp on the Brewery Inn.
Live music has played a big part in that, while pop-up appearances from street food vendors have also proved popular.
Tom discovered the world of urban art as a youngster and has had a passion for it ever since.
Now a self-taught street and urban contemporary artist, he creates large murals, stencil art, crazy framed graffiti pieces and sculptures using up-cycled materials.
He creates artwork up and down the country, working on private commissioned pieces and community projects.
Tom has also represented Herefordshire by competing in the Bristol division of the international live art competition Art Battle, where he was a finalist.
Tom’s partner, Maria, said it was nice for him to have a local commission as the couple often spend a lot of time travelling for work.
He is open to commissions from other local businesses and organisations.
