A HEREFORDSHIRE couple have set up a fresh business from a caravan in their back garden.
Mark Southall and Lucasz Ansell have converted the caravan into shop selling items from other local businesses and farms.
It is named Holly's after their dog, whom they both love, and will be outside the front of their home in Upper Maund, Bodenham.

They will be selling fresh fruit and vegetables, potatoes, chutneys, cakes from Bromyard-based Emma's Farmhouse, fruit pies, honey, bottle bags, and more.

Their business began when they started selling fruit boxes to neighbours and locals.

After a post on Facebook, they were sold out within an hour. Many people said how cheap their delivery prices were at just £1.
Mr Southall decided he wanted to pursue his idea of running a shop from the caravan after someone he knew was selling it at a good price.
The couple wanted to bring the community back together again after the Bodenham post office closed.

Mr Ansell, who is also nicknamed Fruity Luc, is a trained florist and has now turned his skills to wreath making for their customers, who he has got to know well.
The shrubbery used is handpicked themselves from the common in Bodenham.
"Everything is as fresh as it gets," the couple say.
It is selling chutneys and honey
Mr Ansell also takes on front of house while Mr Southall, who is from a farming background, looks after the admin side of things.
Customers have come from across Herefordshire and beyond, such as Ludlow and Gloucester.
The project is their "baby", and it means a lot to them that it thrives, not only for themselves but also the community, they said.

Prices will be reasonable, and they both promise to keep them relevant to the wholesalers.
For example, when the cost of items goes up so will theirs, but their prices will go down when costs do.

The shop has a Christmas theme at the moment for the festive season
The shop's December opening times are Wednesday to Saturday 9am until 4pm, then Sunday 10am until 3pm.
On Christmas eve the stand will open 8.30am until 4pm. They will then close from Christmas Day until December 29.
On January 30 they will open again from 9am to 4pm, and January 31 from 9am to 3pm.
In January this will change to weekends only to keep up with demand.
