A DRINK-DRIVER who failed to stop for police in Hereford has been banned from the roads.
Bryn Twiston-Davies entered guilty pleas to charges of drink-driving and failing to stop when he appeared before magistrates in Worcester.
The court heard from prosecutor Eleanor Peart that the 20-year-old had been caught driving an Audi A3 while over the drink-driving limit in Hereford’s Bulmer Avenue on October 9.
An evidential breath test revealed he had 59 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
