PALMER Cicely (Cis) Milbanke Devoted wife of the late James Roderick Palmer. Passed away peacefully on 2nd September 2021, aged 85 years. Much loved by all the family and will be greatly missed. A service of thanksgiving will be held at St James' Church, Colwall on 20th September 2021 at 14.00. Family flowers only and no black.
