HAMMILL Ian Philip Of Wellington Heath. Passed away peacefully at home on April 5th 2021, aged 71 years, after years' living with Huntington's Disease. Due to current restrictions, a private funeral service will take place. Donations, if desired, for the Huntington's Disease Association.
