EASTNOR Pottery has finally unveiled the hard work of “hundreds” of families during a series of pottery workshops last summer.
The collaborative clay-work, a fierce-looking totem pole, has been erected in the pottery garden after being created at Eastnor Castle in 2009.
“We’ve been doing the workshops for the past seven or eight years,” explained potter Jon Williams. We had probably thousands of people in total help create it.“ The totem pole features animals that visitors may find as they wander around the Eastnor Estate including a deer, a pheasant, a rabbit, an owl and a buzzard.
The six-feet sculpture can be viewed by visiting facebook.com and searching for Eastnor Pottery.
