AN Evesham man has admitted to breaking into a house in Redmarley and driving dangerously while banned, four days after the burglary.
Joseph Smith, of Plot 7, Cleeve Prior, Evesham, pleaded guilty at Gloucester Crown Court on Thursday, March 17, to breaking into Durbridge Lodge, Redmarley, with intent to steal on February 5.
Smith also admitted driving dangerously in a Nissan Almera and driving while disqualified and without insurance on the A435 and A43 Back Lane and Main street on February 9.
Having been told that Smith also has other offences to be sentenced for, at Worcester Crown court on April 5, Judge Jamie Tabor QC transferred the cases there and remanded Smith in custody.
